Important Message From Mangano Plumbing Sewer & Drain
Putting Your Safety First
At Mangano Plumbing Sewer & Drain., we know that life during a global pandemic is one of isolation and uncertainty. We understand the strain that everyone in our community is under, and we want to do everything in our power to ease that burden when we can. Though many parts of our day-to-day activities look strikingly different from what we knew just a few weeks ago, the dedication we have to our customers is as strong and steadfast as ever. Our team is committed to continuing to provide the world-class workmanship and professional service that customers have come to expect from us, even in the face of this challenging time. After all, the need for quality plumbing work has not decreased in our current climate – if anything, it’s even more important to have a system you can rely on. Here at Mangano Plumbing Sewer & Drain, we are prepared to take all precautionary measures needed to keep our customers and employees safe while continuing to offer the services you need.

Steps We Are Taking
Our team is implementing the recommendations of the World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control to the fullest extent to ensure that everyone is as safe as possible while we carry out our duties.

The precautionary measures we are implementing include:

-
Using PPE: Protective equipment such as masks, gloves, shoe coverings, and drop cloths will all help to minimize contact and prevent the spread of the virus.
-
Increased sanitization protocols: We will be frequently sanitizing commonly-used surfaces in our offices, vehicles, and work areas as well as maintaining stringent hygiene practices. All technicians will also be equipped with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes.
-
Emphasizing employee care: Anyone on our team who is feeling ill is encouraged to stay home and recover fully, and only returns to work when they have received a clean bill of health from a physician.
-
Social distancing: While we would love to begin our service with a handshake, your health is more important! We will be maintaining the recommended distance of six feet from both our colleagues and our customers to ensure that contact is minimized as much as possible.

How You May Be Able to Help
There are also several actions that you can take as our valued customer that can help keep both you and our technicians safe during this time.

Some of the things you can do include:

-
Sanitizing frequently-used surfaces, particularly those around the work area
-
Clearing a path from the front door to the work area so your technician does not have to come in contact with many surfaces
-
Limiting the number of people present while the service is underway
-
Maintaining a six-foot distance from your technician
-
Donning masks and gloves while the technician is working
-
Alerting our team if anyone in the household is ill so we can take further precautions
-
Being thorough in your hand washing and hygiene regimen
